Holding a Bachelor degree majoring in Linguistics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Ms. Tan is a MOE-certified teacher. She excels in teaching Mathematics, English, and Science, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Singapore's education system. Her excellent communication skills have earned her high respect and affection from students. Throughout her career, Ms. Tan has successfully guided hundreds of students to gain admission into Singapore's most prestigious schools, including Hwa Chong Institution, Raffles Girls' School, and Methodist Girls' School. Her expertise in Singapore's educational landscape and proven track record in student placements make her an invaluable asset to CSI's team, providing expert guidance to families navigating the competitive Singapore school admissions process.
Evie Tan | Head of Academic Operations
Evie Tan is an ethnic Chinese from Malaysia with over 18 years of extensive work experience, including eight and a half years in Singapore. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, Ms. Tan’s exceptional organisational skills and work ethic embody CSI's corporate culture, setting a high standard for her colleagues. As the vital link between academic, sales, and consulting teams, she excels at alleviating parents' concerns while ensuring students stay focused on their studies. Max Liew brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the education industry to his role. His career spans prestigious institutions such as Global Indian International School, Asian International College and and various other educational institutions, where he developed expertise in student recruitment, admissions, and international education consulting. Mr. Liew excels in overseas business development, particularly in the Chinese market, and is skilled in implementing effective international student recruitment strategies. His bilingual proficiency and deep understanding of various educational pathways and the needs of international students make him invaluable to CSI. His expertise in consulting and strong international relationships enable him to lead CSI's consulting department, providing exceptional guidance to international students and families navigating global education.
Bindy Chen | Team Lead Tertiary Education
Bindy Chen brings a unique blend of personal experience and academic excellence to her role. With a Master's degree in Applied Finance from the prestigious Singapore Management University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from James Cook University Singapore, Ms. Chen's own journey as an international student began at 14 when she moved from Beijing to Singapore. Her decade-long experience, including overcoming academic challenges, has given her deep insights into the international student experience. This personal understanding, coupled with her academic achievements, enables Ms. Chen to provide invaluable guidance to international students navigating Singapore's education system. Shirley Wu | Team Lead K-12 Education
Shirley Wu is a highly qualified professional with a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick, another Master’s degree from Nanyang Technological University, and an honours Bachelor’s degree from the University of Liverpool. After completing her studies in the UK, she began her career in Shanghai. Shirley has since accumulated extensive experience working for top-tier Chinese companies across various industries, where she has excelled in leading course development, managing projects, and designing comprehensive training systems. Her diverse background and firsthand experience as an international student in both the UK and Singapore uniquely position her to offer invaluable insights and support to international families navigating Singapore's education system or considering study abroad options.
Ong Xinle | Operations Support Specialist
Ong Xinle brings valuable experience as an education consultant to CSI, with previous experience assisting international students in customising their educational programmes with a Singapore language academy. Miss Ong studied in the renowned Nankai University in China, and that experience provide her with a strong foundation in cross-cultural education. Daniella Shi is a highly experienced financial professional with over 20 years of accounting and audit experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, as well as ACCA certification. Throughout her career, she has held various senior positions, including Senior Accounts Executive, Accountant, and Finance and Admin Manager. Her expertise includes handling full sets of accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, tax submissions, and HR-related tasks. Ms. Shi is proficient in multiple languages, including English and Chinese, and is skilled in various accounting software. Her diverse experience across different industries and her comprehensive skill set make her a valuable asset in financial management and accounting roles. She is responsible, diligent, self-driven and meticulous, providing a calm and stable to the team at CSI.
Lucy Wei | Business Analyst and Strategist
Lucy Wei is a highly skilled Strategic Planning Specialist with a diverse background in supply chain management, merchandise planning, and business analysis. She holds an MBA from the prestigious Singapore Management University. Ms Wei's professional experience includes roles at Sanofi, where she led S&OP review meetings and developed automation tools, and at GAP, where she managed key merchandise categories and achieved significant revenue growth. Her expertise spans demand forecasting, inventory management, and strategic merchandise planning. With a Fashion Design degree from Wuhan Textile University and 7 years of experience in design and digital media marketing, Mr. Chen transitioned from fashion design to graphic design and e-commerce marketing after almost 2 years experience in the fashion industry. His expertise includes creating promotional materials, managing online stores, and digital media marketing. At CSI, Mr Chen is the creative force behind the company's digital and social media presence, collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to produce engaging content, including graphic designs and video production.
